An activity is deemed as booked when full payment for the activity has been received. Should the client wish to cancel such a booking the following policy will apply:
Booking cancelled more than 30 days from booked activity
PS Adventures will refund 100% of the purchase price paid for the booking.
Booking cancelled within 30 days, but more than 7 days from booked activity
PS Adventures will refund 50% of the purchase price paid for the booking.
Booking cancelled within 7 days of booked activity
No refund will be issued.
